General

How do I access CUBE Intel?

You will receive details to access CUBE Intel via email. If you need further support, please contact your Customer Success Team.

Will my login details change?

Yes, your login information will change. On 1 August all users will be provided log in details via email to CUBE Intel. If you do not receive this then please get in touch with your Customer Success Team. You will then seamlessly and formally be upgraded to CUBE on 1 November 2026 under the same early access login details.

Can I still access my current subscription?

You will be provided with early access to CUBE Intel no later than August 2026. In parallel, you will continue to have access to your existing subscription until your upgrade to CUBE Intel on or by 1 November 2026, at which point access to your existing subscription will end. This will give you time to familiarise yourself with the new features and capabilities, and transfer any saved searches. Please contact your Customer Success Manager for further support.

Can I get access to CUBE Intel earlier?

Yes, no later than August 2026 your Customer Success Manager will arrange earlier access to CUBE Intel as part of onboarding. During this period, your Customer Success Manager will work with you to determine your subscription requirements. On agreement of those requirements, and by 1 November 2026, your early access to CUBE Intel will seamlessly move into your upgraded subscription.

Product

What are the benefits of CUBE Intel to my business?

CUBE Intel has several enhancements which level-up the user experience and overall benefit to the compliance team.

New enhancements such as access to the self-serve admin console empower customers to setup their own users with ease. Users can specify what they are interested in, and the product will recommend content in feeds and calendar to ensure nothing is missed.

CUBE has the largest collection of regulatory content, so customers can access and view more content from more organisations than ever before.

Features such as Teamboard make it possible for Intel users to collaborate on content together, to see what is important and what’s being done about it.

What support and training will we receive during the migration period?

Self-service options are available. Please email Customer Support at cubeintel.support@cube.global for issues and questions. Your Customer Success Manager is also available to support you and your team.

Will my data and current set-up be moved across to CUBE Intel?

No, you can recreate your personalisation using CUBE Intel's Pin Board, Feeds, and other features. MyUpdates will not be moved over, as we will have a new feature called Feeds.

Feeds will help you with Regulatory Updates and other new materials.  We will also have Following for Books. Your Customer Success Manager will be available to assist with this process.

Does CUBE Intel have MyUpdates?

CUBE Intel has a feature called "Feeds", which also works with Boolean expanders and operators. Please speak to your Customer Success Manager for more details on how to set these up and continue to receive updates.

I currently get content through Data Feeds, does CUBE Intel have an equivalent SFTP feature?

CUBE Intel offers API or XML options. Our Developer Portal provides details to support your team.

Legal

Do I require a new CUBE contract at switchover?

No, you will remain under your existing contract until your renewal date. Your Customer Success Manager will be in touch 90 days in advance of your renewal date to ensure contractual and vendor onboarding needs are met.

I need to run a new vendor risk assessment, how can I do this?

Your 1 November 2026 upgrade to CUBE Intel will not be a re-contracting event and should therefore not necessitate full vendor onboarding (including vendor risk assessment). You will remain under your existing contract until your next renewal date, at which point you will be re-contracted to CUBE. Your Customer Success Manager will be in touch ahead of your renewal date to ensure you have what you need for any vendor onboarding processes to be met and to answer any questions you or your legal team may have on the CUBE contract.

What happens to my existing contract?

Your existing contract will remain in place until your renewal date. Your Customer Success Manager will be in touch to discuss moving onto a CUBE contract ahead of your next renewal date.

I thought my existing contract was with Thomson Reuters?

CUBE acquired the Thomson Reuters’ solution, Regulatory Intelligence, on 31 December 2024, therefore all existing contracts were assigned to CUBE from that date.

For more information on the acquisition, please visit here.

I thought my existing contract was with Reg-Room?

CUBE acquired RegRoom on 8 May 2024, therefore all existing contracts were assigned to CUBE from that date.

Who do I contact to onboard CUBE to my procurement platform?

If you need to onboard CUBE onto your procurement platform, please get in touch with your Customer Success Manager, who will support you.

Working with Thomson Reuters & CUBE

I currently subscribe to multiple Thomson Reuters products. Will all my TR products be affected by this change?

No. Only your TR Regulatory Intelligence subscription is migrating to CUBE Intel. All other Thomson Reuters products you subscribe to (such as Checkpoint, Practical Law, Westlaw, or other TR solutions) will remain unchanged. You'll continue to access these products through your existing TR accounts with no interruption to service.

Will I need separate logins for TR and CUBE products?

Yes. Once you migrate to CUBE Intel, you'll have separate login credentials for your CUBE Intel subscription and your remaining Thomson Reuters products. You'll receive your CUBE Intel login details via email on your migration date. Your existing TR login will continue to work for all other TR products you subscribe to.

Who do I contact for support or renewals if I have both TR and CUBE subscriptions?

For CUBE Intel questions, issues, or renewals, contact CUBE Customer Support at cubeintel.support@cube.global or reach out to your CUBE Customer Success Manager. For all other Thomson Reuters products - including support and renewals - continue using your existing TR support channels and account team. Each organisation manages its own processes independently, but your CUBE Customer Success Manager can help direct you to the right team if you're unsure.

Will I receive separate invoices from TR and CUBE?

Yes, and it's critical that you pay each invoice to the correct organisation. You'll receive separate invoices for your CUBE Intel subscription and your remaining Thomson Reuters products:

  • CUBE invoices must be paid directly to CUBE using the payment details provided on the CUBE invoice

  • Thomson Reuters invoices must be paid to Thomson Reuters using your existing TR payment methods

Important: Please ensure your accounts payable team is aware that you now work with two separate vendors. Sending payment to the wrong organisation will delay processing and could impact your service access. Each invoice will clearly show the vendor name and payment instructions - please review carefully before processing payment. If a payment is sent to the wrong organisation by mistake, contact both your CUBE Customer Success Manager and your TR account team immediately to help redirect it.

Can I manage all my subscriptions in one place?

CUBE Intel and your remaining TR products will be managed separately. You'll access CUBE Intel through CUBE's platform and admin console, while your other TR products will continue to be managed through your existing TR accounts and admin tools. Each platform has its own user management, billing contacts, and administrative functions.

Will my company's procurement/vendor relationships be affected?

If you maintain both TR and CUBE subscriptions, your company will have vendor relationships with both organisations. You may need to onboard CUBE as a new vendor in your procurement system while maintaining your existing Thomson Reuters vendor setup. Your CUBE Customer Success Manager can provide any documentation needed for vendor onboarding.

I have a TR enterprise agreement covering multiple products. How does this affect my pricing?

On renewal, your CUBE Intel subscription will be priced and contracted separately from any TR enterprise agreements. Your pricing for remaining TR products should not be affected by the migration of Regulatory Intelligence to CUBE. If you have questions about your specific TR enterprise agreement, please discuss with your TR account team; for questions about your CUBE Intel subscription, please contact your CUBE Customer Success Manager.
