CUBE Connect Day 3 - Industry Collaboration Day

Day 3 of CUBE Connect is where the conversation deepens and the community comes together. We begin with breakfast roundtables and informal discussions, designed to spark meaningful dialogue and shared learning among peers. This is your opportunity to engage directly with fellow compliance and controls leaders, exchanging ideas and solving mutual industry challenges alongside CUBE’s customer community.

As the day unfolds, we’ll take a closer look at CUBE’s product development plans and road map, offering a transparent view into the innovations shaping the future of regulatory change management. You’ll also have the chance to join working groups that are actively setting new standards for the industry — driving progress through collaboration and shaping the next chapter of RegTech. Day 3 is all about building together, solving together, and moving the industry forward.

The panel will discuss how collaboration drives common industry standards and strengthens the industry as a whole. In addition, showing the strategic cost efficiencies of coming together in a utility model, vs. everyone solving for the same challenge in parallel.

11:00 - 12:00: Open Discussion - Deep-dive into the end-to-end vision and data architecture

Following a short presentation on the CUBE & Acin architecture and the data technical standards for end-to-end, we will host an open discussion exploring how data architecture compares today, and understanding the greatest barriers to achieving the vision to date.

13:15 - 14:00: Workshop - Standards driving consistency across the industry and broader eco-system

Understand customer considerations when defining and implementing new standards (e.g. ontologies, taxonomies, indices), discussing why it is important and ways to facilitate the adoption of standards across the broader eco-system.
14:00 - 14:45: Workshop - The role of AI in the end-to-end vision

Glean insights into specific customer use cases of using AI and the benefits, the lifecycle to build, scale and operationalise successful AI, amd explore how organisations are approaching AI governance.

15:00 - 15:45: Workshop - The implementation of the end-to-end vision internally and through the broader eco-system

A chaired, open discussion exploring key internal considerations across the 3x lines of defence and how closer alignment facilitates success. Plus, deep dive into how, with multiple partners in play, you ensure all stakeholders align to the goals with agility to adapt to changing priorities.
