About the event

WiRC returns this September in partnership with Monzo's Women's Network, bringing together risk, control, and compliance professionals for an evening of expert insight, honest conversation, and meaningful connection.

Co-sponsored by CUBE and Monzo, this event is designed for practitioners who want more than a panel discussion. The agenda tackles the questions that matter right now: how AI is changing the role of risk and controls professionals, how operational resilience is reshaping risk functions, and what it takes to lead through complexity in an increasingly demanding regulatory environment

This evening brings that conversation into the right room: senior practitioners, cross-industry perspectives, and the space to connect directly with speakers and peers who understand the weight of the work.
